About us

Who are we?

We specialize in developing and producing energy-efficient air handling unit  solutions for both comfort and industrial ventilation, tailored to the individual costumer’s desires and needs. 

Unic Air is located south of Aarhus in Solbjerg, Denmark where we established in 2008 and have been growing steadily since. We currently employ 10 office staff, in addtition to having our own electricians and refrigeration technicians at a factory in Hørning, Denmark.

Air handling unis from Unic Air are Eco-design approved

  • Ecodesign – Requirements for Environmentally Friendly Design
  • Heat recovery ≥ 73% (EN308)
  • Internal specific fan power (SFPint) is considered instead of SEL value
  • Max SFPint is calculated based on:
  • Heat recovery: Higher heat recovery allows for a higher permissible SFPint
  • Airflow: Smaller airflow allows for a higher permissible SFPint
  • Filter type: Minimum F7 (intake) and M5 (exhaust) – otherwise, lower permissible SFPint

  • Bypass of the heat exchanger
  • Multi-stage/stepless regulation of fans
  • Filter alarm
Since 2008, Unic Air, based in Solbjerg near Aarhus, Denmark, has been developing and selling customized air handling units for industrial, consumer, and comfort ventilation, produced at our factory in Hørning.
